We guarantee the best value at the lowest price to you, based on our detailed specifications using comparable products, efficiency, warranties, guarantees, and our installation quality standards. Our price to you is the best value you can receive in the market, or we will meet your documented price and give you $100 off, if you present a legitimate competitive quote from a (factory authorized) state licensed contractor in writing for 90 days!

If your new system fails for a major component twice in two years we will happily replace that exact component at no charge. A major component is considered compressor or condenser coil.

If your new air conditioner fails within the first two years and we cannot get you up and running in 48 hours for any reason, we will reimburse you up to $100/night for the cost of a hotel (max of two nights).

If your new air conditioner fails within the first two years and we cannot get you up and running in 48 hours for any reason, we will happily bring and set up a portable air conditioner at your request.

If you are not happy with our workmanship and/or our clean up for any reason, we will make it right. That is our promise.
